AMHA Miniature Horse Association Forms Most of the forms above are available in pdf (Portable Document Format.) Some of you will be able to view pdf files in your browser window. Others will need to download Adobe Acrobat reader to view and complete the AMHA forms online. Acrobat reader is available Free for all platforms (Mac and IBM compatables, all PCs) We do plan to have considerable information available for you to download in the future. Pdf is a common format at sites all over the Internet (and off the Internet as well,) and you can view it with the Adobe Acrobat Reader. It is a terriffic, small, easy to use program, and it is free of cost.

Foal nomination from birth until 60 days of age $150
Foal nomination from 60 days to 90 days of age $300
After 90 days the foal is no longer eligible.
Stallion nomination by December 31 of the breeding year $100
Stallion nomination after Dec 31 and before any foal is born $300
After a foal is born - the stallion is no longer eligible to be nominated for the prior years breedings. Remember, the stallion must be renominated each year. Once a foal is nominated, he orshe is eligible to show as a yearling, 2yr old and 3yr old.
